🚐 WHAT DOES DROPWHEEL DO?
DropWheel replaces your front wheel when loading or transporting your bike.
It helps lower the front end of the bike so it can fit into vans, campervans and low-roof vehicles.
It is especially useful when handlebar height is the problem.
⭐ WHY IS DROPWHEEL DIFFERENT?
Most alternative loading wheels use larger adapted wheels like wheelbarrow wheels.
They can be quite large, so they often do not reduce the bike height enough.
DropWheel is designed around the smallest practical rolling wheel we can use while still clearing the front brake caliper.
Unlike solid plastic alternatives, DropWheel uses a small pneumatic tyre, giving smoother rolling and better grip on ramps, van floors and uneven ground.
The aim is simple:
Get the front of the bike as low as possible while still being able to roll it.

🔧 WILL IT FIT MY BIKE?
This version is designed for bikes with:
• 22mm front axle
• Spacer requirement close to 135mm
It was originally developed around a Husqvarna FE350.

Fitment can vary between bike models, years and front brake setups.
WILL IT FIT MY VAN?
A simple way to check:

Measure from the bottom of your fork leg to the highest point on your bike, usually the handlebars.

Then add around 11cm for the DropWheel radius.
This gives you a rough idea of the minimum van height needed.
On our reference setup, loading has been achieved in vans with around 108cm internal roof height.
This can vary depending on the bike, suspension, handlebars, tyres and van layout.
